Experienced and Qualified International Group Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer and Coach. Alex has very interesting Background in Martial arts, Athletics, Acrobatics and other Sports. He has spent most of his life training and coaching himself and others to a better healthier lifestyle.
His unique approaches to training provides for an easy going, Fun atmosphere that has you enjoying the fitness training journey in a safer way because he pays attention to your form, your current level of fitness and the best possible outcomes that will support your general life and well-being.
When not training or thinking of training, Alex spends most of his time Learning and expanding his mind to actualise his potential as a human being in helping others explore and live their lives empowered, confident and fulfilled.
